One with the Earth
Balance can be achieved anywhere by anyone.
For Practice:
*become calm (at rest, standing or sitting)
*breathe deeply (in through the nose, out through the mouth)
*eyes can be open or closed (you will know what works for you)
*focus on you inner well being (relate this to how you are feeling at that moment)
*use visualization –find a happy moment (Picture in your mind, beaches, sunshine, your family...)
*continue to breathe and keep focus
As you calm down and you are in your happy place, the vibration you create connects and balances with the Earth’s frequency and you become one. It is that simple. As you continue to use this method, you continue to create a higher vibration and therefore meet with the Earth’s changes simultaneously. This can be created with others (gathering, church) or on your own, if feeling stressed, chaos or worried. You can use this to meet with your spiritual guides and teachers or be in unity with your community. As this evolves and more come to know what to expect, and use this more often, there will be less chaos, unrest and more relief with a sense of calm.
